Prevention is better than the cure when it comes to plantar fasciitis

I have came up with the assumption from my own experience with plantar fasciitis that Prevention is a lot lot more better than the cure when it comes to this condition PF.

I am quite honestly sick of this plantar fasciits I got when I went running a few weeks ago now... well its is quite obvious that I would be quite sick of it who wouldn't be! I really should have known better not to go out running like I did with those pathetic rubbish flat insoles that do absolutely nothing to protect my feet. I really regret my rather reckless and silly attitude I had before that nothing seemed to hurt so I must be okay... I went running and in 30 minutes (But i think regularly irritating the plantar fasciitis and not running with the right insoles can over time cause damage which adds up and causes PF eventually) I went from being fine to having a pair of really inflamed pair of feet.. and one of my feet this inflammation did not go down.. due to the fact that I damaged the plantar fascia located under the arch that also supports the arch too.. too much pressure whilst I ran and because my arches didn't have any protection form shocks as my feet struck the ground and because they had enough and couldn't take the strain as well from my body weight they just went completely now I am here literally in pain weeks later just hoping to recover.. but I have heard horror stories that sometimes people can never recover but I think that in those situations that it is their own fault because they never fully recover and go out running or whatever with a torn plantar fascia and the inflammation simply comes back again. When I do get ready to run again and I have no idea when I will be able to again I will definitely be sure to  get some decent insoles at the very least.. but what is worrying me is the huge cost of custom ones... do I really need to spend so much for custom insoles... I will have to look into whether there are actually any cheaper alternative because do people really spend $200 on just a pair of insoles this cant be right and gotta be a overpriced scam right... runners sure dont get custom running shoes... so why custom insoles? What has really been a big help for me is the wps guide on PF on the wps site, there stance on whether you need custom insoles is basically you dont as it a better bet to go for some that actively adapts to changing shapes rather than some inserts that are just fixed and will not adapt or move at all which can actually do more harm than good.

Hopefully I want be suffering too long and nor will my friends be suffering from me constantly moaning all the time and complaining about it! I will let you know How I get on later on this blog! Bye for now.
